Overview
A two-country trip pairing three relaxed nights in the Maldives with a guided run through Sri Lanka's cultural triangle and hill country. Breakfast is included throughout, with free days in the Maldives so you can choose your own water activities.
Day by day
Day 1
Dhaka → Colombo → Malé
Fly Dhaka to Colombo, transit, then on to Malé. Clear immigration at Velana International Airport and meet our driver at the help desk. Transfer to the hotel in Hulhumalé. Rest of the day free, meals at own cost.
Day 2
Maldives — free day
After breakfast, the day is yours. Optional submarine tour from Malé, snorkelling at the Coral Garden, or simply the beach. Night in Hulhumalé.
Day 3
Maldives — free day
Another full free day for water activities or an optional day tour, all at own expense. Night in Hulhumalé.
Day 4
Malé → Colombo → Negombo
Fly to Colombo and clear Sri Lanka immigration. Our driver meets you at the Airport Post Office gate for the transfer to Negombo. Hotel check-in.
Day 5
Colombo → Kandy
After breakfast, drive to Kandy stopping at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a spice garden, the Royal Botanical Garden, Kandy Lake, the Temple of the Tooth and a hill viewpoint. Night in Kandy.
Day 6
Nuwara Eliya day tour
A full day in Sri Lanka's "Little England" — Ramboda Waterfall, tea plantations and the Ceylon Tea Museum, among colonial-era highlands. Return to Kandy for the night.
Day 7
Colombo → Dhaka
After breakfast, transfer to Colombo for the flight home. Trip ends.
